Industrial Controller - Hungary
Main responsibilities:
Financial Management & Control
- Responsible for all financial cycles for the local industrial side by the Group definitions on his / her parameter, rules: budget, financial estimates, monthly closing
- Responsible for local CAPEX financial business cases and follow/monitor their implementation on his / her parameter
- Improve internal control, notably in the fields of manufacturing and purchasing
- Ensure full control of inventories (stock takings & valuation, fair value, risks)
- Animate industrial cost controlling and cost saving projects on his / her parameter
- Production work order follow up, take action for improving the result
Data collection & analysis
- Calculate & update the unit standard costs consistently?
- Issue monthly industrial variances to support decision making, action plans monitoring
- Provide alerts and recommendations for improvements
- Production work order routings follow up
Policy/tools development & implementation
- Apply Ceva accounting, controlling standards & procedures in the site regarding industrial costing and stock valuation to meet reporting requests (reliable and accurate), keep deadlines
Internal Customer Management
- Participate in SOP and KPI review meetings and strongly interact with other departments (production, supply chain?)
- Support to understand Industrial controlling companywise-
Requirements:
- BSc/MSc in Economics/Finance, major in Accounting or Controlling is highly appreciated
- 5 years+ relevant professional experience within an international manufacturing company
- English: fluent
- Proficiency in using MS Office (including highly developed proficiency in Excel)
- Costing & Budgeting: seasoned
- Financial acumen: seasoned (demonstrated ability in Financial Management and Control, good knowledge of other financial areas)
- Risk assessment: fully competent
- Action planning: fully competent
- Review & Reporting: fully competent
